Our teacher librarian is a central part of the literacy program in our school. She and the library aide produce some fantastic displays to encourage all children to find the magic in books!
This site's original purpose was to inform the Australian community of the fight against Parallel Imports of books into this country.
We won that battle (for the time being).
This site remains vigilant about other threats to Australian children's books - like the down-sizing and closure of school libraries and loss of Teacher-Librarians.
